The WTC2021 was hosted by China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), Ministry of Transport (MOT) and Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), organized by China Highway & Transportation Society (CHTS), and with the support of other sponsoring organizations and was held in Xi'an (China) on 15th- 19th of June 2021.
WTC2021 serves as a platform for researchers, scholars, practitioners, government officials from around the globe to present their work, share their experience, discuss cutting-edge technology, and explore solutions to the common challenges the transportation industry faces today.
A poster presentation of the BE OPEN project entitled “Open Science in Transport Research: the BE OPEN Project” was given by Afroditi Anagnostopoulou and Maria Boile (CERTH/HIT).
